On December 19, 2019, a group of experts from Henan Branch of Fangyuan Logo Certification Group visited our company to conduct the 2020 annual quality and environmental protection management system certification audit, and the company's leaders Song Qingdong, Zhang Yongfeng, and relevant department heads were present to participate in the review.
At 9:00 a.m. on the 19th, the review was first held in the company conference room for the opening ceremony of the audit meeting. After understanding the basic situation of our company, the visiting team, led by the relevant leaders, went deep into the production workshop for a field visit and carried out on-site sampling and inspection of the company's products. After listening to the daily work report of the person in charge of the workshop, the visiting team of experts affirmed the clean and tidy working environment, rigorous and standardized operating skills and conscientious and responsible working attitude of our company. Afterwards, the audit expert group returned to the conference room to check our internal inspection and rectification records, internal audit records, evaluation and list of laws and regulations compliance, reports of environmental monitoring conducted by the third-party company to our company, sewage monitoring reports, fire-fighting facilities and other information. The company also reviewed a full range of records and documents on safety and environmental protection, such as emergency drills, new employee induction training, and company controlled documents.
After a two-day inspection, the evaluation experts said: our company in the quality and environmental management system of the information involved in the complete, well-documented, can clearly and intuitively show our company in the quality of the environment in all aspects of the work done and the company staff for the seriousness of the work of the attitude of the work of the company affirmed. And pointed out the deficiencies in our company's documents, in addition to the evaluation experts also gave relevant suggestions. The person in charge of our company said on the spot that we should implement as soon as possible and make modifications or corrections to the deficiencies in the information, which was unanimously praised by the expert group. The evaluation came to an end in the last meeting of the audit, and the evaluation work was successfully completed.
