10、Fault diagnosis and early warning: when the main ventilator is operating, abnormal parameters such as air volume,negative pressure,ventilator operation vibration,ventilator bearing temperature,motor bearing temperature, motor winding temperature, motor speed, voltage, current, power, throttle opening and stopping state, such fault information and diagnosis results are sent to the electromechanical chief, electromechanical deputy chief and so on by short message through the fault diagnosis and information platform;

Product Introduction:
This product is used to supply power to the main fan (main drainage) motor when the power supply voltage is 6kV(10kV).The frequency conversion device can measure the air volume (flow, wind pressure)and set air volume (flow, wind pressure) In contrast, the motor's speed is automatically adjusted to meet the requirements of the required air volume (water volume) at any time,and it has the characteristics of high-performance,digitalization,and remarkable power-saving effects.
Main Characteristics:
1、When the medium voltage VPD fails, the system automatically completes the automatic switch from high voltage speed control mode to reactor step-down start mode. When the fan (pump) fails, the backup fan (pump) can be automatically activated and quickly put into operation to ensure continuous safe operation.
2、This device can monitor motor temperature, bearing temperature,wind speed (flow), wind pressure (water pressure), negative pressure,and other dynamic parameters, and can set alarms beyond the limit.Remote online monitoring and fault diagnosis of the fan (pump) from the central control room, with the system to achieve an unattended site.
3、Input and output harmonic content is only 2%, lower than the national standard(4%), and power factor up to more than 96%, without a power factor compensation device and harmonic suppression device.
4、The VFD has various protection functions such as under voltage,over-voltage,over-current, short circuit, heat sink overheating, lost speed, etc.
