Constitution of GBP-D Series Medium Voltage VFD
GBP3-D series medium voltage VFD structure as shown in figure, which consists of phase-shifting transformer cabinet, power unit cabinet and control cabinet (Bypass switch cabinet is optional according to customer requirements.)
System
GBP3-D medium voltage variable frequency drive use series power unit technology to solve the voltage withstand problem.Multi-level series PWM signals are superimposed after phase shifting, which reduces output side harmonics and dv/dt of output voltage. The harmonics feedback by the power grid can reduce harmonic pollution to the power grid. The main controller uses digital signal processor, programmable gate array (CPLD and FPGA) as the core, which cooperate with data acquisition unit, unit controller and fiber communication loop and PLC to come up with the control system.
